You can count on your therapist <strong>being ready for you at the scheduled time<\/strong>, without any waiting. We believe you deserve a treatment without delay \u2014 and if, unexpectedly, that\u2019s not the case, you won\u2019t be charged and we will gladly reschedule your treatment free of charge! Of course, we allow a 15-minute grace period for every appointment.<\/p>\n<p>In that same spirit of mutual respect, we kindly ask that you arrive on time <strong>or notify us in advance if you\u2019re unable to attend<\/strong>.
