Cancellation and No-Show Policy – Skin Lab

At Skin Lab, we reserve our time exclusively for you. You can count on your therapist being ready for you at the scheduled time, without any waiting. We believe you deserve a treatment without delay — and if, unexpectedly, that’s not the case, you won’t be charged and we will gladly reschedule your treatment free of charge! Of course, we allow a 15-minute grace period for every appointment.

In that same spirit of mutual respect, we kindly ask that you arrive on time or notify us in advance if you’re unable to attend. Therefore, we apply the following policy:

• Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours in advance, but only by email to info@skin-lab.be.
• Cancellations by phone are unfortunately not valid, as we cannot guarantee the time of receipt.
• In case of a no-show without prior notice, 75% of the planned treatment will be charged.

To ensure correct processing of appointments, we ask that you provide your name, date of birth, phone number, email address, and home address when booking.
