Shipping policy

Upon receipt of your online order, your purchase is immediately processed and prepared for shipment.
Products are shipped to the address provided during checkout.

• Shipping cost: €5 per order
• Delivery: within Belgium
• Shipment: as soon as possible after ordering, depending on the carrier

Skin-Lab cannot be held liable for delays beyond our control, such as those caused by the transport service.

Return policy & right of withdrawal

In accordance with Belgian and European legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days after receipt without giving any reason.

Return conditions

• The product is unused
• The sealed or original packaging has not been opened
• The product is undamaged and in saleable condition
• The product is carefully returned at the customer’s expense to:
  Skin-Lab bv – Heistraat 23/1 – 2491 Balen

Products whose packaging or the product itself has been opened, used or damaged cannot be accepted for hygiene and safety reasons.
This is in line with the legal exception to the right of withdrawal for sealed cosmetic and care products.

Refund

When the returned product meets the above conditions:

• The full purchase amount will be refunded
• Via the same payment method used for the original purchase
  As soon as possible after receipt and inspection of the product

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
