Our clients can park in the secure private car park of Skin-Lab™ in Balen.
For extra comfort, during the winter months the parking spaces are equipped with green and red LED markers, so you can easily see which spaces are free or occupied. The car park is located behind the building and is not visible from the street for maximum discretion.
Yes, certainly. The De Lijn stop is located on the corner of Heistraat and Oosthamsesteenweg, just 200 metres’ walking distance from our entrance.
Skin-Lab™ is not a classic beauty salon, but a specialised laser and skin improvement centre.
Our therapists and skin specialists are expertly trained and work exclusively with advanced, CE-certified laser technology.
We use the latest-generation devices, which are regularly updated and fully renewed every two years (or sooner).
The most recent devices were installed in August 2025, ensuring you receive safe, high-performance and exceptionally precise treatments.
Treatments at Skin-Lab™ are not reimbursed by the health insurance fund or mutuality, as they are aesthetic and non-medical treatments.
Unfortunately, most insurance companies do not provide reimbursement for aesthetic procedures.
If in doubt, you can always check this with your insurer.
Questions about the treatments
Most treatments are not experienced as painful.
You may notice a light, warm or tingling sensation, depending on your skin’s sensitivity and the technique chosen.
You can find more information on the dedicated page for each treatment.
You can always book an appointment for a personal consultation at Skin-Lab™.
During this consultation, your skin is professionally analysed and our therapists propose a tailored treatment plan.
- If you decide to start the treatment immediately afterwards, the consultation is completely free.
- If you schedule the treatment for a later date, we charge a fixed consultation fee of €75, which is then fully deducted from your first treatment within six months.
The duration varies depending on the type of treatment.
On average, sessions last between 15 and 45 minutes.
During the online booking process, the estimated duration is shown for each treatment.
